A. Machine Vision
a. Platform Homing & Mark Correction
While machine is initializing, and after platform homed:
--Drive dual-Mark points to vision system view center
--Capture the Mark point graphic by industrial cameras
--Record its absolute coordinates
--Build global base reference
b. Coordinates Mapping & Path Planning
Based on that data, system automatically calculates dispensing point and Mark point related coordinates relation, with the help of CAD file generated path parameters, one space mapping model of “Mark – product – dispensing path” will be created to ensure the precision.
c. Precise Compensation & Efficient Positioning
In real dispensing process, vision system will get where the Mark is in now platform system through its captured Mark image info and algorithm. At the same time, automatically adjust dispensing head space position based on preset relative coordinates. In this way, precise dispensing can be done.
In addition, no need to do repeat capture and calculation because Mark point is the fixed reference, efficiency and precision are higher again.
B. Motion Control
a. Multi-Segment Trajectory Interpolation
