ECI2618BL economical multi-axis motion control card is one another ECI2000 network motion control card that supports 6 pulse axes. Also, it can achieve some simple trajectory control requirements, such as, linear interpolation, any circular interpolation, space arc, helical interpolation, electronic cam, electronic gear, synchronization follow, virtual axes, robotic arm instruction, etc.
Compared to ECI2618B: ECI2618BL supports 5V / 24V push-pull output.
Motion Control Applications: electronic semiconductor equipment (testing equipment, assembly equipment, locking equipment, soldering machine), dispensing equipment, assembly line, etc.
Support motion control of 6 differential pulse axes + 4 single-ended pulse axes (up to 12 axes by expansion module).
Pulse output mode: pulse / direction or dual pulses.
AXIS interface supports encoder position measurement, which can be configured as handwheel input mode.
Specialized handwheel input interface.
Maximum pulse frequency output of each axis: 10MHZ.
2 5V-24V high-speed push-pull output, which can connect to laser.
