VPLC504SCAN is high-performance bus based vision motion controller developed by ZMOTION, which integrates 1 Ethernet (with 100M), 2 Ethernet (with 1000M), 2 USB3.0, 2 USB2.0, CAN, 232, 485, 24 general digital inputs and 12 general digital outputs, 3 analog outputs and 1 analog input, and it supports 2 local axis interfaces, 1 galvanometer interface, 1 laser power specailzed interface and high-definition HDMI display interface. ZMC504SCAN bus controller supports EtherCAT bus connection, and the fastest refresh cycle is 500μs. Motion control up to 16 axes, support linear interpolation, circular interpolation, space arc, helical interpolation, electronic cam, electronic gear, synchronous follow, virtual axes, etc. Real-time motion control can be achieved through optimized net communication protocol. One computer supports max 256 ZMC controllers connection at the same time.
