EIO16084 is an EtherCAT bus expansion board developed by ZMotion Technology. When the IO resources and pulse axis interface of the EtherCAT bus motion controller are not enough, multi EIO16084 can be connected through the EtherCAT bus for expansion.
Support 4 pulse axes expansion.
Pulse output mode: direction/pusle or double pulse. The max output pulse frequency of each axis is 10MHz.
Support 16 digital inputs + 8 digital outputs, each pusle axis has another 2 digital inputs and 2 digital outputs to be configured.
The max output current can reach 300mA of other outputs (except pulse axis), which can drive some solenoid valves directly.
The fastest refresh cycle of ECAT is 500μs.
Power Supply: DC 24V, the max range of volatge is 18V-36V, the max power consumption is 10W.
Communication Method: EtherCAT Bus Communication
Expansion Axis: DB26 interface, 4 pulse local axes expansion.
Expansion IO: support 16 digital inputs + 8 digital outputs, and each pusle axis has another 2 digital inputs and 2 digital outputs to be configured.
