PCI464 is a high-performance PCI based dual-bus motion control card that supports EtherCAT and RTEX.
The fastest refresh period can reach 100μs. And motion control can be up to 64 axes. Then complex continuous motion control can be achieved, like, linear interpolation, circular interpolation, helical interpolation, spherical interpolation, etc.
Up to 64-axis motion control (For EtherCAT, 64 axes at most. For RTEX, 32 axes at most)
Support encoder position measurement, which can be configured as handwheel input mode.
There are 1 EtherCAT, 1 CAN, 1 RTEX, 1 general IN, 1 general OUT, and encoder interfaces. Then they all support expansion.
EtherCAT refresh period is 500us (for smaller period, please customize the firmware)
4096 isolated inputs and 4096 isolated outputs can be expanded synchronously at most through CAN or EtherCAT.
The maximum output current of OUT can reach 300mA, which can drive some valves directly.
Support linear interpolation, any space circular interpolation, helical interpolation, continuous interpolation of 16 axes at most.
Support electronic cam, electronic gear, synchronous follow, virtual axis, etc.
Support pulse closed-loop and pitch compensation.
Support multi-task and multi-file programming in Basic.
Various encryption methods to protect customers' intellectual properties.
