ZMC460N is one standalone high-performance multi-axis motion controller that supports dual-bus (EtherCAT & RTEX). The fastest refresh period is 100μs. It supports up to 60 axes for linear interpolation, any circular interpolation, space arc, helical interpolation, electronic cam, electronic gear, synchronous follow, virtual axis, robotic arm, etc.
