Zmotion motion control products belong to general types, but in specific applications, Zmotion develops corresponding specified algorithm for better usage.

Let’s see some specifications.

It consists of 2 parts, “ZMC406-V2” and “R”.

*ZMC406-V2*

It is one high-performance, very wonderful motion controller, which supports full basic and advanced motion control functions, such as, all kinds of interpolation, electronic cam, electronic gear,  position latch, PSO (position synchronous output),  precision output, pulse closed-loop, pitch compensation, etc.

And there are many hardware interfaces for controlling, interacting with external devices.

Therefore, it can be seen it is very powerful, basically your simple and complex requirements all can be met, including the axis number, because its original model is ZMC432-V2 actually. Under ZMC432-V2 motion controller, you could select needed specifications from 4 axes to 32 axes. For example, if your project just needs 4-axis, ZMC404-V2 is suitable for you. The main difference is the axis.

*R*

R means Zmotion’s  manipulator algorithms. When the model is with R, which means it can do  +30 robot controls. There are corresponding commands to build  forward and inverse kinematics, and provide all kinds of robot models.

If you have industrial robot applications, ZMC406R-V2 is a good choice.

Above-described full functions and hardware interfaces are also supported by the ZMC408SCAN-V22. And obviously, its special feature is “laser galvo”, applications of laser marking, laser cutting, laser engraving, laser cleaning all can be processed by the laser galvo controller. Especially when you want to make pulse axes link with scan axes, it can do that as needed.

Same, there are many axes’ specifications for you, no worry about that.

Except motion controllers, Zmotion develops machine vision motion controller. It can be guessed what the function is from this introduction.

VPLC532E, it is one Linux vision motion controller, which supports motion control algorithm and machine vision algorithm at the same time. Here, let’s vision part mainly, for motion control, you could refer to ZMC406-V2.

Zmotion machine vision functions include vision positioning, vision measurement, vision detection, vision analysis, etc., and it has the Linux system, can be one small IPC. If you prefer Windows system, VPLC7XX can realized that.

In addition, robot algorithm, CNC algorithm and others also can be selected.
