1. What is PCIE464M Control Card
PCIE464M is one PCI Express EtherCAT motion control card based on PCIe, which support powerful motion control functions with real-time and high-precision.
You can embed PCIE464M control card into standard PC for high-performance EtherCAT motion control, including high-precision multi-axis synchronous control, and the minimal EtherCAT control period can be 100us.
In addition, there are multiple high-speed IO IN & OUT, which can achieve diverse high-speed IO requirements, like, high-speed color code latch, high-speed PWM, multi-dimensional position comparison output PSO, vision fly-shooting, speed look-ahead, encoder position detection, etc.
For its development, there are two methods. First one, use Zmotion IDE RTSys (ZDevelop) to develop, debug, simulate, and diagnose. Second one, call uniform API function library to edit motion control program codes, then configuration and diagnosis can be achieved easily, your programming pressure can be reduced a lot.
