Know ZMotion motion controllers, but how to develop and program easily?

ZMotion motion controllers include 3-16 axes pulse motion controllers, 3-64 axes EtherCAT bus motion controllers and 4-60 axes RTEX bus motion controllers. And ZMotion motion controllers are with powerful motion control functions, what's more, easy to use.
1. Fully understand the instructions of the ZMotion motion controller.
There are more than 300 instructions on ZMotion series motion controllers, including motion instructions, program structure and program process, task related, operators and mathematical functions, axis parameters and axis status, input and output related, communication related, system settings and system safety related, storage-related instructions, interrupt-related instructions, and EtherCAT and RTEX bus-related instructions. 2. ZMotion motion controllers include 0XX series to 4XX series.
The number of axes that can be controlled ranges from 3 to 64 axes, and some controllers can perform mixed interpolation functions such as pulse axis/EtherCAT axis/RTEX axis. 3. Program software of ZMotion full series motion controllers | Powerful ZDevelop
ZDevelop is not only a development platform for motion control, but also a debugging and diagnostic tool in the development process of motion control. In the process of development, you need to master how to use ZDevelop, including project establishment and debugging of user programs. The project file can support three programming methods, such as ZBasic programming, ZPLC programming and ZHMI configuration programming. A single ZBasic programming or ZPLC programming can be used, or two or three programming methods are used together.
In the debugging process, you can make full use of various debugging tools to assist in debugging, such as, axis parameters, manual movement, command and output, input, output, software oscilloscope, register, task watch, etc.
In the post-maintenance process, controller status tool can be used to diagnose the variables and settings of the controller, the remote IO of the ZCAN bus, the status of the EtherCAT bus/RTEX bus and other information.

5. ZMotion motion controllers can also support PC software programming.
On the PC side, software development on all platforms can be selected, such as, C++, C#, VB, DELPHI, LabView, Linux, iMAC, and .net, and drivers of 32-bit / 64-bit operating system are supported.
The ZBasic motion controller can also support the mixed programming mode of controller ZBasic programming and PC programming, further improving efficiency and flexibility through division of labor. Some motions and processes with high real-time requirements can be implemented in ZBasic, also some logic and functional actions can be carried out on the PC platform.
6. Have an in-depth understanding of the multi-task operation mechanism of the ZMotion motion controllers , the principle of multi-axis group and multi-station, and the multi-buffer mechanism of axis (axis group) motion.
Have a deep understanding of the application software framework of the ZMotion motion controllers, then develop your own industry applications under the existing software framework.
