Use XY linear motion platform, transfer device, feeding equipment and other core control modules , then match with Zmotion high-performance vision motion controller VPLC711.

VPLC711 supports multi-core parallel operation ability, which can process motion control and machine vision core tasks of automatic equipment effectively. Then, it ensures that some key steps in plug-in technology can be completed in high-speed and high-precision, such as, path planning, data interaction, element plug-in, cramp control, workpiece uninstall, etc.

Use dual-axis-direction rotary structure, piezoelectric injection valve, linear guide-rail slider and image processing system , then match with Zmotion x86 platform Windows real-time vision motion controller VPLC711 .

In addition, there is one specialized vision dispensing standard system software developed by Zmotion, it only needs to set some basic parameters in this dispensing software, and combines with image acquisition hardware, then it can rapidly achieve full-automatic 5-axis linkage dispensing project development and debug, and realize multi-axis joint auto-dispensing and high-speed data transferring. For traditional "motion control card + IPC + image processing system", it is hard to achieve data interaction in time, but for this solution, fast data interaction can be achieved to meet production requirements and to highly integrate software and hardware.

VPLC711 has multi-core parallel computing capabilities and can efficiently handle core tasks of automation equipment such as motion control and machine vision. This ensures that in the loading station, the SCARA robot can complete key steps such as attitude adjustment, visual correction, and precise loading with high speed and precision.
